We offer shipping services to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam). Shipping to PO boxes is available for standard delivery of veils and small accessories; wedding dresses and gowns require a physical delivery address.

Order Tracking
- After the order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing the tracking number, insurance details (if applicable), and a link to track your package directly via the courier’s website.
- For made-to-order items, we will send production update emails (e.g., "Production Started", "Ready for Shipping") to keep you informed of the progress.
- You can also log in to the personal center on our official website and view the real-time order and logistics status in "My Orders".
- If the logistics information is not updated for more than 5 business days, or shows delivered but you have not received the goods, please contact customer service immediately for assistance.
Shipping Notes
- All wedding dresses and gowns are shipped in reinforced, waterproof garment boxes to prevent damage during transit. Please inspect the packaging for damage before signing for delivery; if damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
- Please inspect the goods within 48 hours of receipt. If you find the goods damaged, stained, or with incorrect quantity, contact customer service immediately with photos/videos of the issue and the delivery receipt.
- During peak wedding seasons (May-June, September-October) and U.S. holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas), production and shipping timeliness may be delayed by 1-2 weeks. We recommend placing orders in advance and checking our website for holiday shipping notices.
